I rebuilt my life after loss — guided by hard-won experience, a PhD in science, 12 years teaching, and the practical know-how of running a successful business — so I bring both rigor and real-world empathy to this work. I use a decision-first framework plus simple body-based practices to uncover the beliefs that hold you back, rewire them, and turn one clear decision into measurable action and momentum.

I help people in their 40s–50s who’ve been knocked off-course by divorce, loss or a major life reset to feel better in days and make measurable progress in months. We’ll do this by uncovering the limiting beliefs that secretly run your life, changing those beliefs with a clear, repeatable, proven framework, and using simple body-based practices so the change actually sticks.

My approach is science-informed and intensely practical. I combine decision-first belief work with short somatic exercises and repetition so new decisions become new wiring — not just good ideas. The result is a step-by-step plan you can follow: one clear goal, protected time to act, and a simple system to track real progress.

A bit about me: I hold a PhD, I’ve taught for over a decade, and I built a six-figure trade business from scratch — so I bring academic rigour, teaching experience, and practical, real-world results to the work. I also walk this road myself: I rebuilt my life after big losses and now teach what I practise.
